Virtualbox inside docker container without host dependency

I researched about how to use the VirtualBox inside a container without any dependency of the host machine.

The bad thing is that I need to share some drivers from the host to the container.

  • error with docker container with postgresql
  • Does Azure Service Fabric do the same thing as Docker?
  • mounting external drives to a Docker container
  • Flannel and docker don't start
  • How to restrict environment variables passed to linked containers
  • Docker push fails, too many redirects
  • I would like to have the VirtualBox running inside the container and not worry about the OS of the host.

Has anyone managed to do this?

This is another question related to this.

  • Docker is changing files ownership and permission, why?
  • I just installed docker, but running “hello world” failed, it doesn't download image?
  • docker : When creating a machine, VT-X/AMD is enabled yet
  • Crontab doesn't have credentials
  • Connecting to a mysql running on a Docker container ubuntu 16.04
  • Docker: Unable to execute RUN command after ADD when starting from scratch
  • Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
