Make Docker4Mac and vagrant see each others network

I have API which runs in vagrant and I have consumers which run in docker containers.

The thing is that previously, with docker-machine I was able to put vagrant and docker-machine into same network rather easy.

  • docker swarm container connect to host port
  • not able to install mysql-server on docker container
  • Running Visual Studio Remote Debugger in Windows Container (Docker managed)
  • How do I get environment variables to persist into an imported Docker image
  • Is it possible to set the default command when the `docker exec` command is run on an already running container?
  • AWS elastic beanstalk not mounting docker volumes
  • With Docker4Mac it seems a little bit difficult to do it in some automated way. At this moment what I am doing is I add my vagrant host as alias for l0.

What would be the way to make life easier?

  • Docker hub automated build fails but locally not
  • How does one close a dependent container with docker-compose?
  • Something missing in configuration for publishing from VS to Docker on Ubuntu?
  • Running ipython notebook in a Docker Container
  • Docker Compose networking: hostnames in nginx not resolving
  • What are possible STATUS of docker nodes?
  • Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
