How to create a docker-machine with aws driver with a key-pair that already exists

How can I create a docker-machine with an amazon key-pair that already exists? It expects a keypath which is the local path to the private key, but there seems to be no way to specify that this keypair already exists in this aws region and it tries to create a new keypair everytime

docker-machine ls shows state timeout whenever another docker machine is created

My original docker machine with the other newly created machines show state timeout after the new machines are created. Something like this – NAME ACTIVE DRIVER STATE URL SWARM DOCKER ERRORS xxxxx-1 azure Timeout xxxxx-2 azure Timeout xxxxx-3 azure Timeout Machine xxxx-1 state will again be “running” when I delete these newly created machines.
