How to support input Chinese (UTF-8) in boot2docker(tiny core) /bin/sh (shell)

How to support input Chinese (UTF-8) in boot2docker(tiny core) /bin/sh (shell)

For support Chinese (UTF-8), I try:

  • ssh key generation using dockerfile
  • Permission denied: docker-machine create
  • Changing a Docker container
  • Packer Docker builder using chmod on Windows 10
  • Fig doesn't link two containers
  • Should I install Docker on Server Having Cpanel already on it?
  • su - docker -c "tce-load -wi getlocale coreutils "
    sudo ==> select en_US.UTF-8 ==> enter ==> this will generate mylocale.tce file
    su - docker -c "tce-load -i mylocale coreutils"

Then relogin will Chinese filename is supported now

But bin /bin/sh shell input Chinese has issue:

tinycore /bin/sh shell input Chinese issue

  • Docker: An error occurred trying to connect
  • Can't install docker - Permission denied?
  • Docker web panel with permissions checking
  • Why did the IP and port number change in Kitematic?
  • Kubernetes services to be exposed to local machine
  • Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
