How to support input Chinese (UTF-8) in boot2docker(tiny core) /bin/sh (shell)

How to support input Chinese (UTF-8) in boot2docker(tiny core) /bin/sh (shell)

For support Chinese (UTF-8), I try:

  • What is the better way to do service discovery on Docker environment?
  • When do DockerHub auth tokens expire?
  • Docker progress bar doesn't appear with Apache vhost
  • Block docker access to specific IP
  • Restart a process inside a Docker container whenever the config file changes
  • Getting All Docker Container's IP Address along with Container ID's and Name's
  • su - docker -c "tce-load -wi getlocale coreutils "
    sudo ==> select en_US.UTF-8 ==> enter ==> this will generate mylocale.tce file
    su - docker -c "tce-load -i mylocale coreutils"

Then relogin will Chinese filename is supported now

But bin /bin/sh shell input Chinese has issue:

tinycore /bin/sh shell input Chinese issue

  • Will my private github repo code become public if I use Docker automated build?
  • Running tensorflow summarisation service with docker instance
  • custom logs in docker
  • Check if docker used cache for build or not
  • Upgrade Azure docker extension
  • Rancher agent can't run on master server?
  • Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
