How to support input Chinese (UTF-8) in boot2docker(tiny core) /bin/sh (shell)

How to support input Chinese (UTF-8) in boot2docker(tiny core) /bin/sh (shell)

For support Chinese (UTF-8), I try:

  • Kubernetes cluster nodes become unresponsive
  • How to mount the root directory of docker container as a NFS mount point
  • Why “git clone” is trying to use https
  • Windows authentication of an application hosted in Windows Container
  • Starting and stopping docker container from other container
  • How can I link an image created volume with a docker-compose specified named volume?
  • su - docker -c "tce-load  -wi getlocale coreutils "
    sudo ==> select en_US.UTF-8 ==> enter ==> this will generate mylocale.tce file
    su - docker -c "tce-load -i mylocale  coreutils"

    Then relogin will Chinese filename is supported now

    But bin /bin/sh shell input Chinese has issue:

    tinycore /bin/sh shell input Chinese issue
