how to add localhost port to docker container

Currently container port config looks as follows:

"Ports": {
                "8080/tcp": [
                    {
                        "HostIp": "0.0.0.0",
                        "HostPort": "58080"
                    }
                ]
            },

I want to add another port for the container, and keep the running environment for lookup operation problems. Whether there is a way to solve this problem´╝č
