Getting “docker”: executable file not found in $PATH using marathon

I’m trying to launch an app on marathon, here’s it’s json:

{
    "id": "jackex",
    "container": {
        "docker": {
            "image": "ubuntu:14.04"
        },
        "type": "DOCKER",
        "volumes": []
    },
    "cmd": "while sleep 10; do date -u +%T; done",
    "cpus": 0.2,
    "mem": 200,
    "instances": 1
}

But I’m getting the following error on the tasks log:

  • Docker Networking - nginx: [emerg] host not found in upstream
  • can't run php site using docker on prouduction host
  • Database in a Docker application
  • How to set the command history in a Dockerfile
  • Adding host file to docker container - from Dockerfile
  • docker --volumes-from not mounting any files
  • “docker”: executable file not found in $PATH

    Does anyone knows what’s the problem?

  • docker Exit status 255
  • Changing a Docker container
  • Kubernetes equivalent of env-file in Docker
  • Docker - Local Development on container
  • Easiest way to deploy with docker-compose?
  • docker : commit doesn't seem to persist changes by the passwd command
  • Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
