Docker Compose Shared Folder

I have successfully mounted a folder from Windows 10 to boot2docker.
Now I want to make docker-compose.yml to mount the folder from boot2docker into the container.

How is that possible?

  • celery won't connect to rabbitmq broker for kubernetes
  • Build many dockerfiles on jenkins project
  • Cannot download Docker image from repository
  • How can I tell if docker has frozen?
  • Docker swarm mode: scale down a node and remove services
  • Kubernetes executor on Gitlab ERROR: Job failed: image pull failed
  • Docker Remote API does not list containers
  • How to launch a docker with fleet given a dockerfile?
  • deploying nodejs on docker
  • Resize container resources online
  • Reference Zeppelin to Spark Master (in Docker Container)
  • Why does Docker say it can't execute 'bash"?
  • One Solution collect form web for “Docker Compose Shared Folder”

Suppose you created in Virtual Box a shared folder win_share and mounted it in boot-to-docker like below:

    sudo mount -t vboxsf win_share /shared

You can mount the directory in the docker-compose.yml as follow:

    ...
    volumes:
    - /shared:/path/in/container
    ...

Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
