Creating a cassandra docker image with initialized KEYSPACE and schema

I am trying to create a Cassandra docker image using docker-compos

I am finding it hard creating containers with configured KEYSPACE and schema without having to run a separate docker exec command on the running container.

  • Docker runs out of disk space even though containers are small
  • Where is the default directory of the export csv file that COPY generated in cassandra?
  • Reducing the shipping time in continuous delivery, especially in hotfix
  • Cassandra, JNA, Docker and CAP_IPC_LOCK
  • Integrate private files for open source application code in devops pipeline
  • docker-compose up container start ordering
  • Does anyone have an example off how to do this using docker file or docker-compose?

  • docker-compose where can I get a detail log (info) about what happened
  • using XDebug in a Dockerized PHP on mac OS
  • docker pull failing with = FATA[0001]: x509: not index.docker.io
  • Docker for ruby on rails app
  • Windows authentication of an application hosted in Windows Container
  • how does 'tar cv --files-from /dev/null | docker import - scratch' work?
  • Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
