Cannot create mongodb image on Docker

I’m trying to create mongodb container in Docker. First, create ubuntu container in interactive mode.

$ sudo docker run -i -t ubuntu:12.04 /bin/bash

And install mongodb

  • Wrap origin public Dockerfile to manage build args, etc
  • Access Docker socket within container
  • Serve dockerized ZendFramework2 Application with nginx
  • Docker not reporting memory usage correctly?
  • Docker-compose scale up Jetty with NGINX at runtime
  • docker: how to get veth bridge interface pair easily?
  • $ export
    $ export
    $ echo 'deb dist 10gen' | tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/10gen.list
    $ apt-key adv --keyserver hkp:// --recv 7F0CEB10
    $ apt-get update
    Get:27 precise-security/universe i386 Packages [126 kB]
    100% [Waiting for headers]
    Err dist Release.gpg
    Connection failed

    I also set proxy in /etc/apt/apt.conf. How can I solve this problem? I did same in my Ubuntu machine and there was no problem.

  • Docker inspect format to retreive IP of a particular network
  • Unable to connect the client to the server using Docker COntainers
  • Ubuntu nginx container 403 forbidden
  • Redirect python print output to graylog2
  • exec not found using Dockerfile ENTRYPOINT
  • run django in docker container
  • One Solution collect form web for “Cannot create mongodb image on Docker”

    Why not just pull down the mongodb image?

    docker run dockerfile/mongodb
    Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
