Automate adding new repository tags to Docker Registry Automated Build

Is it possible with current featureset of Automated Build to add new tags from repository and tag the resulting image? Or do I need 3party service to automatically push new tags to Docker Registry?

  • docker with two separated php-services on one php container
  • Docker - browsing to docker container using its IP
  • Docker build freezes installing packages from apt
  • Configuring Django with Nginx, uWSGI and Postgres on Docker
  • Using RabbitMQ in for communication between different Docker container
  • Empty response while making a GET http request to the localhost server using Go
  • how to create reverse ssh tunnel to docker-toolbox which binds to 0.0.0.0
  • Docker Compose in Bluemix KeyError Message
  • docker stucks when executing time.sleep(1) in a python loop
  • Request hangs for nginx reverse proxy to an ASP.NET 5 web application on docker
  • Installing opencv in docker container
  • Can not access wordpress configured in Docker even though its status is running
  • One Solution collect form web for “Automate adding new repository tags to Docker Registry Automated Build”

    Not at this time.

There is currently (Oct 2014) no Docker Hub API to create new builds or tags, so Docker Hub Automated Builds will only build the tags you’ve entered manually through the web UI. If you want to keep adding tags automatically, you need to docker push your tagged images yourself.

Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
