Automate adding new repository tags to Docker Registry Automated Build

Is it possible with current featureset of Automated Build to add new tags from repository and tag the resulting image? Or do I need 3party service to automatically push new tags to Docker Registry?

  • IBM Bluemix Containers : cf ic stats not working
  • Symfony and Docker - Cache and Log dirs permissions
  • nginx - insecure http server is redirecting wrongly to an https server
  • Getting docker daemon not running error
  • Why Kafka broker connects to itself?
  • Disk out of space on Azure Web app on Linux
  • How can I determine if a specific tag is available for an image
  • docker healthcheck in config.v2.json
  • Docker interactive mode and executing script
  • jenkins and docker-build-step-plugin configuration
  • How can I mount host directory as container volume for mongodb container?
  • Docker workflow design with Jenkins on production

    Not at this time.

There is currently (Oct 2014) no Docker Hub API to create new builds or tags, so Docker Hub Automated Builds will only build the tags you’ve entered manually through the web UI. If you want to keep adding tags automatically, you need to docker push your tagged images yourself.

Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
