Access binaries inside docker

I am using Meteor and Meteur Up package to push a bundle to server. It uses docker. The problem is that I cannot access graphicsmagick or imagemagick from inside a docker to use it in my app. However it is installed on the server and I can access it when typing gm command. How can I make it accessable?

  • Installing imagemagick in docker container
  • Cannot push/pull to remote docker registry
  • docker-compose.yml with multiple env_files
  • Do you need docker when coding locally with rails?
  • Slow codeception coverage in docker
  • When to Use Docker's Container Name?
  • boot2docker on windows missing apt-get / package manager
  • Docker Hello World fails
  • How do you install something that needs restart in a Dockerfile?
  • What's the fastest way to migrate from boot2docker to Vagrant+NFS on Mac OS X?
  • Use GitLab CI to deploy app with ftp
  • Cannot connect to docker swarm service task

It doesn’t seem to be configurable at the moment based on this open issue. However, you could always fork the project and modify the start script to use your own custom docker image. If so, make sure you make it:

    FROM meteorhacks/meteord:base
Docker will be the best open platform for developers and sysadmins to build, ship, and run distributed applications.
